“Curry”, an Indian word for sauce, contains distinct blends of spices to create a genuine flavor. The sauce is spicy and aromatic but not hot. The sause is made from chilly, onion, tomato & spices. It achieves its depth of hotness when hot peppers are added to the dish, so the curry can be customized to mild or medium or spicy at the same time. We prepare each dish to order with freshly ground herbs and spices to suit your taste and degree of adventure.
